How does the home consultation work?
After you book your appointment, the doctor comes directly to your home at the agreed time. This service is ideal for people with reduced mobility or for follow-ups that require a familiar environment.
What is the average length of a consultation?
A consultation lasts 15 to 20 minutes on average, but may vary depending on your medical needs and the chosen mode.
Can I choose my doctor?
Yes, you can choose your doctor from our list of available professionals and view their specialties and availability, whatever the consultation mode.
Insurance and Payment
Which insurance plans are accepted?
We accept all common Moroccan insurance plans, including CNSS, CNOPS, RMA, Saham, Atlanta, Wafa Assurance, and other private insurers.
How does third-party payment work?
If you are insured, simply provide your insurance details when booking your appointment. We handle the paperwork directly with your insurer.
