E-prescription Your prescription online, verifiable by QR code

After a video consultation, your doctor can give you an electronic prescription: a signed PDF you show at the pharmacy on your phone or on paper, which the pharmacist can verify in seconds.

How to get a prescription online

From consultation to pharmacy

No paper to collect, no trip to the clinic.

  1. You consult by video

Your doctor asks questions, assesses your situation and decides whether treatment is appropriate.

  2. The doctor writes the prescription

If they prescribe a treatment, they write the prescription online and sign it.

  3. You find it online

It is available as a PDF from the link you receive by email and WhatsApp, to download, print or show on your phone.

For pharmacists

Verify a prescription in 3 steps

The QR code leads to a page on sahtidoc.ma confirming the document was issued by a Sahti Doc doctor.

  1. 1

    Scan the QR code

With any phone camera. It opens a page on sahtidoc.ma/verify-document.

  2. 2

    Check the details

The page shows a "Verified document" status, the patient, the consultation date and the document type.

  3. 3

    Compare with the original

Download the original file from that page and compare it with the document presented: doctor, patient, date and treatment.

A screenshot or an altered copy is not proof. If the QR code doesn't lead to sahtidoc.ma or the details differ, don't dispense and contact us.

FAQ

E-prescriptions: your questions

How do I get a prescription online in Morocco?

Book a video consultation with a doctor registered with the Medical Council. After seeing you, if a treatment is appropriate, the doctor writes the prescription online. You get it as a PDF from the link sent by email and WhatsApp, to show at the pharmacy.

How much does an online prescription cost?

The prescription isn't charged separately: you only pay for the consultation, at the price the doctor shows before you book. You then buy the medicines at the pharmacy.

Who writes the e-prescription?

The doctor who saw you. Their name, specialty and Medical Council (CNOM) registration number appear on the prescription, along with their signature.

How do I use it at the pharmacy?

Show the PDF on your phone or print it. The pharmacist can scan the QR code to check that the document was issued by a Sahti Doc doctor.

Will the doctor always prescribe a treatment?

No. They only prescribe if your situation calls for it. They may also give advice without medicine, order tests, or refer you to an in-person visit.

Can every medicine be prescribed online?

No. For some medicines, such as narcotics and some psychotropic drugs, or when your condition needs an examination, the doctor may decline to prescribe remotely and refer you to an in-person consultation.

Can I renew a prescription online?

For long-term treatment of a stable condition, the doctor can renew the prescription after a consultation if they consider it appropriate. They can also mark it as renewable.

What if I lose my prescription?

It stays available from your consultation link, received by email and WhatsApp. You can download it again at any time.
