Frequently asked questions
Can I see a Moroccan psychologist from Europe?
Yes. Sessions are by video, so an internet connection is all you need. You book and pay online with your bank card, wherever you are.
Which language is the session in?
Darija, Arabic or French depending on the psychologist. The languages spoken are listed on each profile.
How much does a session cost?
Each psychologist sets their fee in dirhams, shown before booking. You're charged in dirhams and your bank converts it, with no extra Sahti Doc fees.
What time are appointments?
Slots are shown in Moroccan time (GMT). In Western Europe, add one hour in winter and two in summer; Canada is behind Morocco.
Can the psychologist prescribe treatment?
No, psychologists don't prescribe medication. If treatment seems necessary, they'll advise you to see a doctor in your country of residence, as a Moroccan prescription isn't valid there.
A qualified doctor, when you need one
Choose a specialty and a time slot, then consult by video, at the practice or at home.
