What works remotely
Teleconsultation suits common complaints and childcare questions well: the paediatrician observes the child on video, assesses general behaviour and guides the parents. It does not replace a physical examination when the chest, an eardrum or dehydration must be assessed. If any of the signs above are present, go straight to paediatric emergency care.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a paediatrician consultation cost in Morocco?
On Sahti Doc, a consultation with a paediatrician costs 300 MAD. The fee is set by the doctor and shown before you book: you pay that amount online, with no extra charges.
My child has a fever — teleconsultation or emergency care?
Under 3 months, any fever warrants immediate in-person assessment. Beyond that, if the child is drinking, responsive and playing at times, a teleconsultation is a good first step.
Can a paediatrician prescribe for an infant remotely?
Yes for many common treatments, with weight-based dosing. The doctor will ask for the child's recent weight and refer for a physical examination if needed.
